At 1st Choice Bathrooms, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. With that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions. I have a combi boiler, can I have a powershower?
Unfortunately no, there has to be a standing supply of hot and cold water to feed a power shower, it’s not possible to draw water directly from the system, but the water pressure should be sufficiently high enough for and ordinary shower.
How long does it take to fit a new bathroom?
It all depends on the design, but on average it takes 10-12 days. We always try to ensure you are not without your bath or shower for more than a day and no more than a few hours without your toilet, and your water supply should be off for a very short time (this is to facilitate removing and refitting items ie: toilet, bath etc..)
I have no idea what designs are available to suit my bathroom, how can 1st Choice Bathrooms help me?
Although we haven’t got a showroom, we do have access to all of the trade catalogues and materials. We don’t have to pay for the upkeep on a showroom so that keeps our prices lower. If you see something you’d like in a showroom, make a note of it, come to us and see how much cheaper we can supply and fit it for!
If I want my new bathroom quickly, how soon can it be done?
Once we have been out to visit your home we will advise you on a date of installation, and depending on the items to be fitted it can be as quick as 2 weeks from the date of first visit

We will help design it with you, it is your home and we will advise you on the best design for your individual needs.
